Shipping Insurance
As we ship items all over the country, occasionally something can be lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is an extra cover we take out to allow us to replace your order as soon as we are notified of such an occurrence, rather than having to wait for freight carriers to complete depot searches and investigations (which can take days or weeks). This is not mandatory so you are welcome to remove it if you prefer, but just bear in mind that we are then at the mercy of the freight carriers should any issues arise.
